First class service in particular from the assistant Suzy. Very helpful polite kind and empathetic excellent customer service skill would not hesitate to go back and use this particular branch of specsavers. 5stars. Collected my new glasses today and also opted for a contact lens trial both Suzy Sasha was 1st class. Well done girls great customer service skills Sasha very professional and thorough again 1st class service well done.

I could not recommend highly enough this Spacsavers!! I had an emergency situation and they were above and beyond to help me out and avoiding a possible accident! The whole team, but specially Graham and Sasha, were so caring and understanding. I am very grateful as they really help me out when I was absolutely hopeless about my situation. They got my vision back to 20/20 but their costumers service is beyond 20/20. I could not recommend them highly enough. AMAZING PLACE!

I don’t want to even leave one star! The service at Ashford Bybrook Sainsburys Specsavers is appalling. Sat waiting for 45 minutes with other customers coming after me and being seen before me, I walked out. Don’t waste your time there go to Folkestone instead. Some useless CSO they are operating.

This is the best store inside Sainsbury it's easy to park Free to park and large enough to feel your not letting everyone else in their hear all your details when been asked for by the staff the Ashford Town centre one is awful far too small and has no privacy for customers your squeeze into a tiny area you can hear every customers personally details when they come in and it's always far too crowded do not like this location and size plus you have to pay to park !!!

So much easier having eyes tested at Specsavers in Sainsburys. Didn't feel as much pressure as it did in the town. Very pleased with new glasses

Great service and fair prices. I was extremely pleased with both pairs of replacement spectacles I received, using an overseas prescription from my SA optometrist, having damaged my glasses while travelling in the UK.

Best Specsavers and opticians i’ve ever used. Really helpful, fair prices and fair advice given and the staff are always happy to help you and nothing is ever too much for them.
