Eye examination amazing, but the glasses what they advice terrible, frame what they advice me are not fit completly, they didn't want to exchange, saying that they can adjust after the adjustment they said that they can't more because frame material don't allow them so everything what they are saying is just a lie. Just to sell overprice glasses. BEFORE PURCHASE CHECK IN OTHER STORES. Also fiting - THEY SCREATCH FRAMES WHEN THEY FIT LENSES. Really bad experience. ALL I RECORDED if someone would like to listen - that is supricing stupid what kind of excuise they are use. NOT RECOMEND !!!

Was first a customer over 15 years ago; walked in recently after many years away and was instantly recognised. Needed high index lenses made to a very tight schedule - came though, correct and on time. Great service and advice...same as the first time! Thank you!

I recently needed an eye exam on short notice. Ms. Pooja Vardhaman was exceptionally responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Kensington Eye Centre.

I had a full eye examination with Ms Pooja Vardhaman in December 2020. It was my first time visiting the clinic. Pooja called me beforehand for triage. At the end of the call, we booked a face-to-face appointment. My reasons for visiting the clinic were to have my annual eye check-up, and to have my prescription lenses replaced. Needed a pair of emergency glasses after my contacts ripped. They were able to get me a pair in record time. Extremely grateful and extremely good service. Highly recommended to anyone needing a pair.

I popped into Kensington Eyecare recently, just to check out their amazing selection of glasses and to see if I could update my look a little... My friend and I had such fun with Pooja, the owner, trying on every possible style and we eventually found a style which I really fell in love with. So, since I already had an optician, I bought the glasses and said my goodbyes.
I was leaving for holiday a week later and thought how much I would love to take those glasses with me - so I went back and asked if it was possible. Both Pooja and Anish were in the shop at the time and they could not have done more to try to make this happen - they were amazing! They called the day before I was due to leave to say they were ready - and I love them! Thank you both, so much. I'm still on holiday and I swear they have helped me enjoy it even more... I'll be back!

Fantastic service. Got more info and remedies ideas from the Dry Eye clinic than I got from the Western Eye hospital where I left with just an eye drop prescription and 'come back if it gets worse' reassurance.
Now I have a choice of treatments.

We have found their selection of glasses fits our needs perfectly and the thorough eye tests they give are very reassuring. We wish them every success in their new and expanded premises
