Not pushy for sales which was a massive issue with specsavers for the last 20 years so good to see that's finally changed 👌
Actually encouraged me to stop and browse the in-store range if only for a moment 😂 Still, such customer service inspires and encourages customer spending so this approach will pay off 100%.

I honestly only choose specsavers as all other opticians were fully booked but after visiting these guys today I must say; super impressed, will be back next time I'm in the UK 👊👊👊 A very happy customer.

Specsavers Folkestone now the second time i have been let down by the Folkestone lot due to lack of communication.. days off and parking cost people time and money,, i have spent a lot of money with you i will now be spending elsewhere after being a long time customer with you.. perhaps retrain your staff!..... Update.... Have already filled in one of your complaint forms and surprise, no contact from you people... 1

Got my new specs on the 2nd of Jan 2023 they are very nice and do what they are supposed to to all the staff are very polite polite and helpful

Took my son yesterday to specsavers in sainsbury park farm and what a wonderful, helpful team they have working there. The whole team made him feel at ease. Sometimes my son anxious at these appointments but this was something else he said he enjoyed going and thought the whole team was brillant and cant wait to go back. So a big thank you to them.

Helpful and polite staff. The whole team were great with my son. Got varifocal for half the price an independent optician quoted. Very pleased with everything.

Waited over a month for a contact lenses appointment for my son only to find they couldn't do anything as the eye test was out of date rubbish service!!

The best. Very accommodating, and patient with my not so easily satisfied self I think I spent half an hour pick a frame LOL 😂
