Got my eyes tested here and was happy with the service. Then ordered prescription glasses for working on a monitor, as their 2 for one offer is great.
I had to go twice due to incorrect length on the first attempt.
The end result is very good. The staff is very curtious and the store is normally very busy.
Note: the loo is only for staff. If you need it you have to go across the road to the shopping centre (10+ minute round trip)

I am pleasantly surprised with this brunch friendly stuff and great customer service. I d like to thank Aiden for being so great helping me find the right glasses. If it wasn't for him i wouldn't have my new glasses. Him and Aisha were also very helpful to quickly double check my prescription to make sure it's up to date. I couldn't be any happier. Thank you so much!

Great service and very helpful and friendly staff.

Booked an eye appointment and they took time to explain everything. Never felt rushed or pressure to buy amy glasses.

I walked into the store to fix my grandchild glassware because it was broken. The store was very busy. I needed to adjust his glasses. However, I was pleasantly surprised as a staff member (her badge name read Anfal) quickly tended to me. She carefully listened to my problems, was attentive and tactfully dealt with my problems whilst multitasking (helping other customers, assisting staff and answering the phone). I would recommend this branch for the customer service alone!

Unfortunately I had an awful experience here!
I visited on Wednesday later afternoon, I had an eye test and then needed to choose a frame.
I received NO help, in all fairness the lady that gave me an eye test did ask her colleague but I feel the colleague wasn’t forthcoming so I was asked to browse.
Eventually I asked another person looking for frames to help in giving me an opinion, I finally decided on a pair and stood waiting to be seen for a considerable amount time. I was mindful that it was almost the end of the day for staff and I was patient, however only when i approached someone I was asked to take a seat and furthermore although there were at least 4/5 members of staff nobody was coming, instead they were standing around talking about an ‘imminent wedding’ and how this staff member was back in 2 weeks.
This annoyed me as I deserve the grace of being acknowledged or reassured that I will be seen to, so o asked why was I being kept waiting to which the staff member abruptly said that she was coming and she was dealing with 3 different people!

Finally when I was seen to I wasn’t asked about thinning lenses or anti glare film, to be quite frank I wanted to be out of there
It was only when I got home I thought back to what had happened
I tried calling the next day on numerous occasions but to no avail!
Now I’m stuck with 2 pairs of glasses that I’m not happy with because the staff member wasn’t competent and made me feel extremely uncomfortable!

They prescribed lenses which I struggled to see with. Returned 6 months later and they prescribed new lenses. I later went to boots opticians who said specsavers prescribed lenses which are too strong for me and will make my eye muscles weak later. So I wasted all that money. My mum also went to this specsavers branch who prescribed new lenses to her. She spent over £200 on the lenses and frame. When she tried it on, everything she was looking at was bent so she cannot use it. The staff said that’s normal, her eyes are just not used to it yet. So my mum wasted money on glasses she cannot use. Definitely stay away from this branch. They are just trying to make money. Glasses are supposed to make your vision clearer, not bent. Boots opticians were much better.

Today, I experienced really poor customer care! I've used this branch of Specsavers for nearly 17 years and I've always found the service here to be fantastic. Today I felt unseen, unheard, unsupported and disrespected.
I won't be returning to this branch anytime soon, If ever!

They are unprofessional and not reliable. They do not care about your eye health but only the money. Just stay away from wood green and haringey branch ad tgey manage by the same person. They made wrong lenses which caused me health issues they are not profeasinal opticians. They never keep their words and ignore you and your situations which messed up by them.
