Great service! I came in for prescription sunglasses today. However before purchasing them I thought it would be best to have an eye test. Staff were great and I managed to get everything done in one visit including my eye test and contact lens check. Highly recommend. Looking forward to collecting my sunglasses soon.

The optician was great, very professional. The sale options were not spelt out regarding 2nd pairs and reactolite lens. Had they been, I may have spend a further £50 to get two pairs.
Since then, I have returned twice for fitting adjustments and on both occasions the staff were very patient and ensured that I was happy before I left.

Pleasant experiences all the time. We always receive good service and immediate attention from the staff. Only thing I concern is the prescription for my daughter keeps going up (doesn't seem to control her myopia)

Absolutely the worst specssavers branch and 3rd visit with 3 bad visits.

First 2 times waiting over an hour to be seen only to be told was forgotten about and this visit waited 40mins for optom to sign off kids glasses.

Please avoid.....Awful experience from start to finish - kept waiting while other went ahead of me. Appointments booked, but never informed as well as appointments booked over the phone, but not on their system so wasted trip. Absolute rubbish....

Me and my family use this optician. Very nice staff who always go above and beyond to assist you.

Absolutely lovely service from Taz and Simran. Eye test was done very carefully by Simran even though shes training I think. Taz was so welcoming when went to collect glasses! Definetely reccomend being served by them two!

Had a disappointing and frustrating experience. Had my eyes tested 8 months ago and paid for contact lenses. My contact lenses seem to make my vision worse. Went back in today, only to be told, sure enough my number has increased. My number wouldn't have increased had my contact len been correct to begin with. I was asked to pay as there is a 90 day warranty, I'm not sure why I should pay when the len was no good to begin with. Yes, it was mistake for getting my eyes tested here and for paying for new lens. I won't be making this mistake again. I'm better off at Boot's.
