Boots Opticians Reigate

i sadly didn’t catch the name of the amazing lady that helped me out massively both times i went in. i’m newly deaf, and pretty much a nightmare, picky customer on top of that. i felt really reassured and learnt that i had a lot more options for glasses than i thought having lost my hearing and having an obstructive hearing aid (that’s very sensitive to proximity) in the way. i’m normally pretty shy with having people help me out with decisions on wearing stuff, but i was made to feel really comfortable, and given some great recommendations that aligned perfectly with what i mentioned i like. which is pretty amazing in itself. again (very annoyed i don’t remember her name!), but i seriously cannot recommend boots opticians, and specifically, the lady running the shop enough. she even moulded my glasses perfectly around my hearing aid. i don’t often review stuff, but this experience genuinely made a really tough situation so much easier.

Pathetic experience. An eye test was cancelled the evening before citing emergency testing only. Don't think I would be turned down if I was buying glasses here. Really poor!

Paul and Christine have provided our family with a fantastic service for over 10 years. More recently I made the switch from glasses to contact lenses - something I was anxious about due to being very squeamish about eyes! Christine was so patient helping me trial them, nothing was too much trouble, and Paul's extensive knowledge and meticulous attention to detail means that now, in my 50s, I have the freedom to wear either glasses or varifocal contact lenses. Very happy, would highly recommend.

Great eye test and glasses fitting for my 6 year old. Very patient, kind and comprehensive test from the Optician and lovely fitting from another staff member. Would recommend.

I've been coming to this Boots for around 4 years now. Paul and Christine offer a really great service and make you feel comfortable. They have often gone above any beyond, including once dropping my contact lenses off to my house when I hadn't been able to collect them in opening hours during lockdown (I didn't expect that at all!). I would highly recommend this Opticians.

The optician was a really helpful & friendly lady.
The receptionist is a bit of a nightmare - very pushy & quite rude when I decided to buy my glasses at a fraction of the price with a competitor, more interested in finding out how much I paid than actually helping with a query.
