Rob and his team are amazing! Myself, my partner and children have been clients of Rose Opticians in Harlow for many years. It's just such a lovely place to visit. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful. I have total confidence in the service they provide and they take the time to help you every step of the way. I can honestly say that nothing seems to be too much trouble! On a recent visit, I made a mistake with the frames that I had selected. They were so understanding and encouraged me to go back and choose an alternative pair of glasses. A very happy customer - I would thoroughly recommend Rose Opticians in Harlow! Very professional and friendly services. I have been wearing glasses since 6 years old and contact lenses since 9 years of age and I have always felt taken care of and very comfortable, thanks to the constant monitoring and assistance of the lovely staff and the optometrists themselves, who call me in for an appointment regularly. I am turning 18 this year and they have guided me to be very comfortable with my glasses and contact lenses ever since a child which I am extremely grateful for and will highly recommend them.

So unimpressed with the after sales. My first pair of glasses had marks on the lenses. So I took them back and was made to feel like I was making it up, but they did send them back. When they came back marked again eventually got them sorted. But when I went in to get some alterations on the same pair of glasses I was told that there was no one there to help but try again in half an hour. So I went back to be told that the person that could possibly help was now busy. To try and keep you sweet they try to push free stuff at you. In the end I took my glasses elsewhere to get them altered.

An excellent opticians. I had an emergency appointment and was recommended. Well true to their words absolutely outstanding service. I offered to pay but was told that the emergency appointment was linked with the NHS. I will be spreading the word about such service. One most appreciated customer. Thank you.

I absolutely love these guys. Rob, Laura, Sarah and co, you are amazing. You've dealt with 3 SEN kids (and the other 6) , my regular work related disasters, and you have become a part of our world. Thank you for the last 18+ years of fab care xx

I was referred to Rose by my local Optician for an emergency examination and was seen first thing the next morning. I received a lengthy examination and my diagnosis was explained in detail.

Rose Opticians is ALSO a NHS triage which saves you going and waiting in A&E. If you need to visit the eye hospitsl they will do it all for you.
They provide a warm, friendly and professional efficient service with a wide range of glasses to suit all budgets.

The team at Rose have been our family opticians for years and are always friendly, helpful, patient and professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble including recently when a family member came to town following a family bereavement but did not have her lenses. Rob and the team were kind enough to step in and help out in our hour of need and it was greatly appreciated. Great people and always a first class experience!
