Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Stroud

I was served by lady named Chloe if I remember correctly and she's been fantastic. I went there with my 8yo son and she's been kind, helpful and informative. Also the optician named Bradley has been very thorough and professional and shown a lot of knowledge about what he was doing. It ended up being a positive experience for me and my son.

Really lovely, friendly staff & the opticians really listen to any queries you have. Great selection of frames too.

I already had a prescription ao went in and immediately found 2 pairs of glasses that i hadn't seen in other specsavers. Sat down, bought them, done. Collection in a few weeks time

On my first visit to Specsavers in Stroud I was most impressed. I was given some tests straight away, and waited only a few minutes for my optician appointment. He rapidly assessed what my problem was, showed me evidence of it, agreed the treatment I needed, and rang a clinic to see what the wait time would be. He also emailed the NHS to see what their wait time would be and rang me later that same evening to let me know. He gave me the referral I needed, and I am now booked in for treatment only 10 days or so after my Specsavers appointment. I am a very happy customer.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The customer service is way up there - I felt looked after throughout and the quality of the examination and the knowledge of the optometrist were both very high. Would definitely recommended it - I loved the whole experience!

I add concerns about my eyesight rang specsavers got seen straight away the manager and Andrew was really great Andrew assured me that everything was fine after tests were done went home happy
