Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Hornchurch

I’ve been a Specsavers customer for several years and have always been happy with the service I received at the Hornchurch store. Yesterday I arrived on time for my 11.05 appointment and waited and waited and waited at the reception desk. 15 minutes later when no one had acknowledged my presence I left as my appointment was clearly not going ahead. Today I got a message saying I had forgotten my appointment! Very disappointing.

I went there yesterday with my son and they was so much better than other stores, the appointment was on time the staff was very helpful .the gentleman that tested my sons eyes was very calm and informative the whole time.
Definitely would suggest this store over others , even my son said how he preferred this one to .

Went to get a replacement spare oair of glasses as the one I had were broken. They were held together with blutac aka Jack dukworth.kaysy was fantastic she was not able to repair them but suggested that I get new frames as the lenses were fine. So that's what they did it worked out for me and saved me a lot of money thank you to the team at Hornchurch

Friendly staff...make sure to book an appointment and lots of choice..eye test is unfortunately not free.. i managed to get a store brand pair of glasses and single lens for £29..for emergencies to keep in my car. Waited just over a week for delivery.

Very friendly, helpfull, caring, good stocks of glasses frames in reasonable price. Also punchual.

Thank you Paul and the team for amazing service! Great suggestions, recommendations of new glassess, patience and a little giggle was always good:) Will definitely come back

Good customer services...friendly and helpful staff

I cant recommend this branch highly enough. A good selection of products to choose from and friendly, attentive staff to help find the right one(s), with little fuss. Loads of professionalism apparent during my time in the branch and I was grateful for the call to say that my glasses were available. Thank you Specsavers Hornchurch!
