I do not usually go in for reviewing businesses or service. However I intended to send an email expressing my satisfaction with this optician. I could not find an email address so I want the staff involved to know that I found them efficient and attentive throughout my dealings with them. Beyond the call of duty they offered a quality of attention and professionalism that I thought had disappeared from our lives.

Very helpful staff - fixed my daughter’s frames eagerly at no cost and then sorted out an eye test in no time. Explained the options including some new ones.

Fantastic service the lady options was awesome the lady called Megan just brilliant and very helpful nice cup of tea my glasses where ready the next day why go anywhere else thanks Mr clee

My fellas eyes have got better every time hes been in hes got a better score than before on eye tests what ever your doing keep it up as specsavers where i go in ilkeston cant even get my prescription right

I was a little apprehensive about going for an eye test (put it off for longer than I care to admit) but I was put totally at ease by the very friendly and knowledgable staff.

Only needed my glasses adjusted, and was helped straight away even though it was outside of working hours. Top service. My next pair of glasses will be bought here. :)

I feel confident with my treatment as I have had eye surgery in the past. I feel comfortable knowing that the staff are aware of my history.

A very friendly and efficient service. Clear explanation of the eye test. No pressure to buy just straight forward advice. Would highly recommend.
