Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Cleveleys

Cleveleys experience was very good. However I bought new reading glasses and new distance glasses. 2weeks later on holiday the lens from the reading glasses fell out. The following day one arm of the distance glasses fell off. Unfortunately this seems to me like poor workmasnship according to the person who repaired them none of the screws were tightened.

Good service but let down by choice of frames to fit hubbies prescription in fact if he had been chubby and not slim he wouldn't have got any at all! He managed one frame from kids section!!

Fast efficient service as you would expect. Shame that the choice of men's frames was poor, had to go to Blackpool branch where there was much better selection.

My wife had her eyes tested at Specsavers in cleveleys early this year,and ordered two pair of glasses,they failed to tell her that her glasses had arrived and when she went one of the pair glasses had been made wrong,so they sent them away,then they failed to tell her that her glasses had arrived also these glasses are not fit for purpose but she won’t complain,that’s why I complaining on her behalf,now they are sending letters to remind her that she is ready to have her eyes tested again,laughable I know.

Rude staff. Poor customer service. Will not go back. Do not recommend.

Great place to get glasses , price is fantastic, staff are brilliant friendly make u feel like a somebody very clean
