I'm really pleased with my new glasses - the staff took time out to make sure they were right for me and fully discussed all the options. No rush, no pressure and excellent service. I found just the style I was looking for.

Claire, is fantastic and so welcoming and all the staff there are so friendly. The last lady (sorry, I don’t remember your name, just that you were absolutely lovely!) helped me choose my last pair of glasses and went over and beyond to help me choose a pair (I can be pretty indecisive!), I still love my glasses now, thank you! Just felt suddenly compelled to write you a review, as even though I’ve now moved, the great service made life happier!

Customer service is paramount here ....I am a regular stall holder on the market nearby ....members of staff are more than happy on multiple occasions to pop my preordered purchases over to me even in sub zero temperatures ...nothing is too much trouble...0 waiting time all round...1st class service ...iona
