Vision Express Opticians at Tesco - Cheshunt

I've been going here for years & have no plans on changing anytime soon! All the staff in this branch are extremely professional, polite & helpful.

I'm useless with picking out a new set of reading classes & was thankful that they were there to help me get the best possible frames at a reasonable price!

Highly recommend attending this branch to anyone looking for a change!

Good helpful staff I know they are busy but you stand around waiting to be acknowledged and see to. All the frames are the same no choices of shapes nor colour not the staffs fault it’s the company’s buyers and reps. I walked away after my eye appointment with two pairs of glasses I really didn’t like

The optician I saw was very professional and understanding. Would like to say a big Thankyou to him for making me feel at ease and reassuring.

The service I received was excellent. Everything clearly explained & no over selling on new glasses.

I booked as I had a problem with my Eye. Helen. S was super helpful and understanding and managed to book me in very quickly. I saw Rosie the optician who took time to reassure me there was nothing urgent to worry about. Fantastic care and service.

Great staff, optician, eye testing equipments sanitized and following Covid guidelines with masks or face shield. Makes me feel secure and safe. Staff are friendly and informative in all your questions.

Had a bad experience there. I might be one of the unfortunate. Done the eye test for lens and then they gave me a prescription then change it after, i could not understand why. My vision was not clear after they change it and gave me new lens to try. Scam me as well to buy some glasses which i did not need. They almost tried one last time to sign up for their lenses. Almost like dictating customer what to do. Not happy at all. A test which would have cost me £35 i ended up paying £150. Not happy.

I tried to book a free eye test through vision express on their website. I selected book free eye test. However, in small writing above on the next page it stated in further detail it was a free assessment for contact lenses. I did not see this small writing , particularly as the reason I needed an eye test was that I couldn’t see small writing up close. I ended up having to pay for my eye test which was very embarrassing after insisting that I had thought I had booked a free test to the staff. The actual eye test was fine. I have yet to receive my glasses so cannot comment on them. Unfortunately the mistake has currently put me off going to vision express again.
