I am so happy I chose to shop with The Optic Shop. I bout a pair of Tiffany glasses which I had previously tried on at Vision Express but The Optic Shop were selling them for over £100 cheaper for the exact same make and model!! Vision Express quoted £350 and I bagged the glasses from The Optic Shop for only around £215, including lenses and all the extra coatings!! Vision Express also said it would take over a week to ship them, whereas The Optic Shop made and delivered them the very next day! I received my glasses 2 days after placing my order. I also ordered the wrong model of glasses but a lovely man from The Optic shop sorted this out on the phone for me straight away. i absolutely love my glasses, they fit perfect, my eyesight is perfect with them on and they look amazingg! Couldn't be happier with the glasses and excellent level of customer servicer i received. Will definitely return when needed and will highly recommend. Thank you :)

I can’t thank the team at The Optic Shop enough. They were fantastic. Despite the lockdown restrictions in late March 2020 they accepted my return and upgraded my order to a more expensive model. Which meant waiting for delivery from Italy during the height of their outbreak. A few weeks later my new glasses arrived at no extra charge! They said due to the wait time they would not be passing on the extra cost. I was genuinely surprised, they went above and beyond what was necessary and I am delighted with the new glasses. Wishing you all at the shop the very best for the coming months.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!
I contacted these guys in an emergency as my glasses had broken and as I wear them permanently that was a real issue. I spoke to Chris who said he would do his best to fast track them if I called the following morning to remind him. I called first thing and he dug out my lenses from the delivery and got on with coating them ect absolutely great guy. He went the extra mile and did all he could to help me. He was also very very helpful and professional both times we spoke. Absolute credit to the company. Would recommend these guys highly especially Chris.

My glasses were lopsided and extremely stretched. I phoned the company to ask about getting a refund or a return and they were absolutely no help. Not even so much as an apology from the manager who argued with me regarding my reason for wanting a refund. All he needed to say was "I'm sorry about this or I'm sorry about that.." Staff obviously did not take any care or attention of the glasses and a mistake was made and the manager did not even acknowledge this. Won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a pair of Tom Ford spectacles from another company and after 5 weeks of dreadful communication, I found The Optic Shop!!! They have been wonderful and I saved £70 and they are the same glasses with better finish on the lens. I ordered them on the 6th April and I received them on the 13th April, quite amazing really. I called on the 12th of April and spoke to an amazing chap who said they were going out that day. What an amazing service, thank you.

After some dreadful experiences with online opticians I came across The Optic Shop. This is now the second time I've used them, including 2 pairs of prescription glasses ordered for my partner. I have to say, they have performed faultlessly in response time, courtesy, selection, value for money and delivery. My girlfriend is thrilled with her glasses, as am I to have clear vision once again, no thanks to Blue having chewed through my last pair !

So friendly . So helpful. No waiting around. Always easy to resolve and have replacement glasses. Best service in Bridgend by far ... 20 stars
