Vision Express Opticians at Tesco - Culverhouse Cross

The optician has a bad attitude shouldnt be dealing with the general public. Have to wait two weeks+ for glasses in the meantime ive lost my business and well on my way to losing my house wouldnt use vision express or tesco ever again PATHETIC

Shauna W was very attentive to my visual needs. After going for two pairs of specs one varifocals the other for reading, a few months back. As require an adaptive pair of sun glasses, ano visit was of the norm.
My other half raved about VE last yr.
Even Mark Drakeford wears theirs.
You are not pushed in your choice but shown the options.
I settled for a £59 range which with UV block lenses would of cost £83.
Yet here again Ms Willians found ano reduction, thus bringing the final cost £66.40

I am so pleased with Vision Express at Culverhouse Cross. Such lovely staff and eager to help. Very professional. Ordered my lenses yesterday and they rang to say they had arrived today.

I felt like it was an exam in the eye examination.
Told is that better. Me no. Is that better. Me yes. It’s the same one. Felt very small.
Then looking for glasses I have never paid in advance only on collection.
Your employee done the fitting and asked how would you like to pay.
I informed her I normally pay on collection and will ring up with my payment details.
I rang the following day as to add a price for react to lights, she mentions oh your the person who was supposed to ring up pay yesterday.

Not happy with your service felt belittled as I am disabled cannot work no fault of my own.
I have the eye test but will not attend your culver house cross store again. I find Tesco western avenue more polite but we’re fully booked up.

Still have no glasses which is a disappointment
