Bateman Opticians

This used to be a fabulous opticians but since being taken over service had gone rapidly downhill. The opticians are still great but the support services are disjointed and chaotic. Very disappointing 😞

Everyone was upbeat and friendly. Karen was very patient and thorough during my eye exam and I really appreciated all her advice.
