Nice friendly service but forgot to send my subscription to the company that make the glasses.

A very pleasurable experience to something that feels daunting. Great service and customer satisfaction. I didn't know what frames would suit me but the staff put me at ease with their knowledge and assistance. I never felt pressured to rush my decision or that any question I had in regards to my prescription was overlooked. Thank you! Will be making this my regular opticians.

Always a great service, staff always happy to help, and go a little beyond to find me the glasses I want, even if there not in the shop, they have them sent from the other branches, and I usually find the glasses to suit, highly recommended

After I waited more the one moth for the glasses ( not much of the problem during 2020) I've got my computer/ work-style glasses but give me headaches. All people were very nice but not much help. I cannot use them for too long without problems.

Tried for 2 mornings to get through to change an appointment. Don't have time for that
