Excellent all round service from being greeted at the door to picking up my frames. Great choice of frames and excellent value particularly if you get two pairs.
Staff were very friendly, always there to help and a great reflection on the company. Very pleased to recommend Specsavers to all!

I really like this branch. The staff are very efficient and friendly. Everything is well sign posted, and the wait times are very small. Everything is explained in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. The staff talk to you instead of at you. Great selection of frames and lens options. Prices are reasonable too.

Got ignored while waiting to purchase some glasses for so long that I had to leave without them. Wasted trip into town.

recently i couldn't get hold of them for litterly all day even following day i had to try 10 ,12 times

They charge children for emergency appointments, if it's for contract lens bought from them. My son was using their contact lenses and his eyes were very painful to put in the lenses but to do a check up they charged £25. They haven't explained much, about how long he should wear it and how to keep his eyes healthy. All they wanted is to sell their lenses. And my son's eye tissues were damaged and became dry.

Went in saturday with a slight eye emergency was seen to and they gave a very good examination and dealt with it promptly and prescribed ointment which did the trick was very happy with the attention and care received.

Refused to see a 4 year old who was in pain with their eye! Chap on phone was rude, obnoxious and completely unprofessional.
