Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Leckwith

This is one of the best Specsavers I've visited. The staff are smart, efficient and professional. They were very welcoming and dealing with the demands of social distancing, and so on, brilliantly.
They were all kind and every person I had contact with did their best for me.
I was very anxious when I went in as I had Covid19, very badly ,some months ago and it has affected my eyesight.
When I came out I was much happier.

£50 for a contact lens and eye examination = absolutely no problem.
Couldn’t replace the lenses in my current Ray Ban frames = absolutely no problem I’ll order directly from the manufacturer.
£10 to obtain PD measurements a day after the sight test followed by a flowery response about how it’s dependent on the fames; the online tool Specsavers promote to allow you to do it yourself when ordering glasses online is apparently no good for your prescription (no reference on the site as to what prescription is acceptable when using this tool)= 27 years of my custom with the Cardiff franchise over.
Sloppy attitude and customer service.

Had a great experience in store this morning. I tried on many many glasses, which would all need cleaning because of covid measures. The staff we very friendly and made me feel comfortable to explore and find the glasses that I liked the most without feeling pressured. I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received from Harpreet the optician and all the other staff in store. Thanks specsavers!

VERY welcoming and helpful staff. Prompt, friendly service. Came for an eye test to purchase some sunglasses and was booked in efficiently within a few days. Ordered glasses and they arrived as described. The people on the shop floor were just as polite as the optician who conducted the eye tests.

I dropped into store ( no appointment) on Saturday afternoon, with my new Viktor & Rolf specs , after 1 week they were so uncomfortable. Emma was just brilliant. Professional, patient and friendly. Sorted the side arms, replaced the nose pads, made slight adjustments until we got it right. All good, thank you so much.

Typical Specsavers, but made even better by the fantastic staff - helpful, pleasant and professional. Well done. Easy parking as well with plenty of places to have refreshments near by.

Needed an emergency appointment and they squeezed me in later the same day.

Can’t say enough good things about the service at this store.
Having some extra needs related to a light sensitivity the staff took the time to make sure so was comfortable with everything.
They also spent time talking to me about my specific needs for the lenses and explained what would be the best for me. 10/10
