Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Monmouth

I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service I received at the Monmouth branch.
The previous evening I had used the incorrect cream in my left eye and as a result it had become red and sore. I rang the branch the following morning and after taking my details I was offered an appointment that afternoon.
I was greeted courteously and the usual Covid checks were carried out. I then had a very thorough examination by the optician and was assured that there was no damage to my eye.
I apologise for not remembering any names, but all staff were pleasant and welcoming. I cannot recommend this branch highly enough.

Excellent experience yet again from Specsavers. New shop in new area for us but still the same high standard of service. Busy shop but well organised and safe covid procedures in place. Very thorough exam with Caroline who was attentive and explained everything in detail. Came away feeling we had been well taken care of by all the staff.

Absolutely delighted with the level of care and kindness shown to myself and my fiancé Sean at our appointments last week.
From the tests performed by Hannah and Ryan, the help and care from Nicola and Andrea with selecting the right glasses for us and even the young lad who welcomed us on arrival (sorry for not knowing your name)
In a world of of what often feels like, ever diminishing customer care, I cannot rate the team at Specsavers Monmouth highly enough.
Professional, friendly and helpful. No wonder you are so busy. How refreshing.

I have always had good service from Specsavers Monmouth. Fitting glasses to me is always a challenge as my nose has a very narrow bridge and I need different lengths for each arm of the glasses. It took 3 attempts to fit my new glasses but they are now perfect and all the attempts were done patiently and politely!

Always give good service. Modern spacious facility. Professional and friendly. Very thorough eye tests and after sales service. Good range of glasses. Latest testing technology in use.

Monmouth branch always have such nice customer service, cannot fault them. Went in looking for some new glasses and was seen to by Amanda who was first of was very polite and also gave good advice answering any questions I had.

Told to arrive 15 mins before my appointment and the had another 40 mins wait. Tad frustrating

Excellent thorough eye test with Nicholas who took the time to explain everything as he went along. He’s a credit to Specsavers.
