Booked an online appointment several days ago only to be told when I arrived for my appointment that it wasn't on their system! They told me they were fully booked and couldn't see me until next month! I have email evidence of my booking (see photo attached) and I had to book a day off work to attend. No compensation or discount offered even though I am interested in their most expensive glasses. Disgusting service, do not book online!

I had an eye test and variafocal glasses from Barry. A brilliant service from start to finish! Very professional and really lovely staff. Everyone so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. This will be my 'go to' optician from now on! Thank you, Barry team.

Staff have always been fab, but on my last visit everyone was so patient and helpful, I have sensory issues so patience and understanding helps me sooo much...5 stars well deserved.
