I have visited Mrs Davies at the Carmarthen branch for nearly 40 years! Throughout this time I have found the customer care to be first class, professional, friendly and welcoming at every appointment. State of the art equipment along with a thorough examination and she is happy to address any concerns and reassure - I would not trust any one else with my eye care.

Excellent quality and varied selection of frames, the reception staff are helpful, knowledgeable and extremely patient. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency and needed a new pair of glasses but was away from home and was delighted to have found Norma Davies.

Every interaction from the first call to the test to selecting the frames and lenses was an excellent experience. I have been seeing various opticians for over fifty years so have seen more than a few! An excellent experience at Norma Davies in Carmarthen. I was put at ease at my recent appointment, which was really thorough and I had everything explained as we went along.
