Specsavers Opticians Chepstow

My personal experience was fine when I was seen by the audiologist. However while I waited I noticed the phone kept ringing and no one took the slightest notice. Perhaps out of 9 or 10 calls only 2 were picked up. Plenty of staff but no interest! I noticed this problem on previous reviews by other people. Strange way to run a business.

I've been going to Specsavers Chepstow for at least 15 years and I've always come away feeling confident that I've been looked after. In more recent years, Manager Lewis has had a fantastic impact on the team and the whole experience is faultless. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I love going for my check ups!

Can't fault the service from the staff,very knowledgeable. Had an issue with my new glasses & was sorted out very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I have never been to an optician before. My daughter had accidentally damaged my eye, and I called in the morning and they got me in.
They explained each step of the process to help calm my nerves. Each person I met were lovely and professional!

Dreadful. The website booking doesn't work, and the shop doesn't answer their phone. And they wonder why patients can't be bothered to make repeat appointments when they should!!!

Good Staff a little slow but know what they are upto.

The most wonderful experience, very professional staff.

My issue was that even with glasses driving at night became difficult. Kate reffered me to a private hospital to have my cateracts removed, the results were astonishing and so were the follow up appointments and tests. Kaylee was particularly professional and helpful. Thanks to you my vision as been returned to what it was 20 years ago.
