Rude, reluctant to help, the only nice part is the lady on the front desk.
The optician is arrogant and I would not shop there ever again.

Reading glasses ordered Tuesday 12.30. Ready for collection Thursday 9am. My only problem is optometrist only available on certain half days so I cannot always have things attended to immediately. Receptionist delightful. Opticians thorough and friendly.
