The team were frfriend and helpful. Paid extra for the extra examinaexam which was very helpful and interesting. The eye test was thoroughly done. Plus, I felt in very capable knowledgeble hands. Choosing the glasses was fun and the lady gave me an honest opinion. Am thrilled and looking forward to my new glasses.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Front of house staff did preliminary checks, measurements and photo (of retina) which I thought was a good use of resources. Optometrist was excellent, professional but engaging and informative. I was led to make well-informed decision on appropriate spectacles and eye care, then back to front of house personnel who ordered new lenses for existing spectacle frames. I was satisfied with every aspect of my visit

The staff at Vision Express are really friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me by my optician in a way I could understand. Also, I felt I was given the time to ask any questions I wanted to.
The variety of glasses frames to choose from is impressive and there is a price range for everyone I would think.

Fantastic service from the whole team. Lis Tustin, who performed the eye test was super. Very informative and listened well. I really felt that she got to the bottom of my difficulties. I was then handed over to a lovely lady called Nicky who went through the frame options with me. She again was also very patient and picked out a fab pair of frames that I would never have looked at.
Nicky made sure all follow up slots were booked and when I asked about the contact lens scheme, gave me a detailed explanation on how that worked.

Great personal service from a very knowledgeable team. Well done all.
