Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Treorchy

The best service i have ever had at a spec savers store. Eye test was done well, man was very good at explaining everything and taking me through the tests. Ladies at the desk even put paw patrol on for my daughter. Excellent service!

Terrible.i would never go back. Firstly the man was rude to my son. They said he needed glasses so he choose 2 pairs that they told him and waited more than 2 weeks for a call back to pick them up. I then phoned them to see where they were and the man told us after we left he decided my son didn't need glasses.
We took him to a different ipticiandms a week later and they sorted him with glasses within 2 days and he is now able to read and see board in s tool a lot better.

I had a problem with my glasses case, do I phoned up and spoke to a very nice person by the name of Cheryl.
Listened to what I had to say then asked me when was a convenient time for myself to come to the shop as I was on the train.
I that I would arrive in about 15mins, that wasn't a problem. When I arrived I was greeted by one of the staff who then listened to what I had told the previous attendant it was quickly addressed.

Shop assistance was excellent respect for the customer was excellent will I go back as I have done every year, for sure.

Attention to detail is very important and Specsavers opticians of Treorchy have these tools.

Excellent service. I had an appointment within a few days for an eye test. The test was thorough and efficient. The optician explained everything about my eye condition and lens options and the salesman explained my frame and glasses options in detail with extreme patience and courtesy. The glasses arrived within 3 days and are perfect for my needs. The only negative is that they cost £300 for 2 pairs (£129 frame choice but you can have £89 or £99). I would certainly recommend for first time glasses purchase.

absolutely disgusted with the service today. my mum has had an ear infection and is now very deaf. we made an appointment for her to have her ears syringed and had to travel from Abercynon to Treorchi to be told they can't do it because she had an ear infection recently. I am annoyed having to drag her out when she is 86 and has memory problems and is now quite distraught. Staff need to be better trained, and he should have asked the question about whether she'd had an infection when I phoned for help.

Went for a test, the machine I wanted wasn't working, waited an hour and told I had to book somewhere else. I wasn't even supported to o book into another specsavers, went home and re done myself.

Clean and tidy with friendly staff too.

The lady that tested my eyes was amazing, I suffer very very bad anxiety and find it hard to leave my home and she was so lovely and helped me calm down and didn't make me feel worse when I was having a panic attack. I haven't had an eye test in over ten years but she really made me feel safe
