Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Aberdare

I had 3 new pairs of glasses that have been the best ones yet. I am so pleased with the quality and fit and my vision is perfect with them. I was welcomed in the store by every person that i met. The eye test was carried out on time and very professionally. When i went to choose the frames i was so uncertain but was given excellent help and advice with my choices. Such nice people, i would definitely recommend this store.

Took my son to have his eyes tested recently and have to shout out to Victoria who went above and beyond in helping us 😊, was very much appreciated. Glasses were also ready just in time for us to go away on holiday.

Very thorough examination which led me to having detatched retina surgery arranged by them twenty four hours later. excellent service.

Went there was asked when I last had eyes tested, gave the date, was told that wasn't in Aberdare, politely replied that wasn't the question... response from the kid was "wotever". I am not 13.
Chose frames, told my prescription wouldn't fit in them, chose new frames, then asked why they couldn't as they are the same as ones wearing. Guess what - yep could have them in first choice. Appreciated as i like the style i have, thank you.
I cancelled my contact lens appointment as every time i called them all i got was we cant hear you, you are breaking up, everyone else can hear me ok.
Optician was great, gave lots of information that was understandable.
Clean store, well laid out.

Very poor my partner was in there yesterday and the girl was not at all people frendly at all not helpfull and vey much matter of fact wish i knew her name

After receiving my new glasses, I was struggling with the change from metal to a plastic frame, became irritated by them not sitting comfortably and slipping. Spoke to the team who could not have been any more helpful, walked me through the options I had available and resolved the issue within a week.

I cannot praise or thank the team in Aberdare for all that they have done for me, perfect service with a smile. Thankyou once again!
