Vision Express Opticians - Pembroke Dock

1st visit to vision express. Very impressed , welcoming staff, polite , reassuring and professional. I have a genetic eye disease linked to my family and the staff listened to me and I was thoroughly checked and examined. Eye test was relaxed and very well done. Afterwards no pressure was put on me to buy glasses and when I did I decided what extras I wanted and again no pressure put on by the staff. Glasses aren’t cheap especially if you choose varifocals but again everything was my choice. Will definitely use again. Recommend

Can't say I'm at all impressed with vision express service in Pembrokeshire. I needed emergency Eye advice.Rang the pembrokedock opticians, very unhelpful answer phone message also looked on website..Rang the 0800 number....apparently they were shut for the week. I then rang Hwest branch.....answer phone message telling me they weren't open, although according to the website they should have been
I gave up and contacted specsavers....wonderful service.

Vision express opticians very helpful and polite and explains everything and if your not sure about anything they say they explain it all to you

Had a really good examination at the opticians cannot fault them

Excellent treatment by a very competent team. The desk staff were knowledgeable and efficient. They helped me to make my decision on my new glasses and were very friendly.
The optician was excellent and had a very friendly manner which kept me laughing throughout my examination.

Very professional. I was very impressed with every aspect from the first checks through to the final arrangements. They are even fitting the new lenses into my old frames from another very well known Optician (glad I didn't go there as they wouldn't do that).
