Professional, friendly & helpful.
All staff members were focused on a good experience for my teenage daughter & explained contacts options with clarity & were friendly & approachable.
Text reminders are helpful too.

Amazing people. They where all excellent with my 8 year old daughter. Very professional and polite. And they had time to listen to my daughter's stories. Outstanding service. And the optician was awesome with both myself and my daughter. Plenty of patients and time to understand my daughter. Amazing service 👍

Fantastic service I cannot recommend these enough. The optician took time to explain and suggest options for me then the assistant walked me through the frame choosing process and could not have been more helpful and friendly. Both office girls were more than happy to help, nothing was too much trouble for all 3. Already had my email to say my lenses have been ordered. Totally professional x

Going to get my eyes check fills me with anxiety (not sure why) but I was made to feel welcome. The experience was calm and everything was explained to me clearly. Excellent service. Would 100% recommend

The optician I saw was very friendly and extremely helpful and professional. So was the sales staff member that helped me after my eye test she spent a good amount of time with me and helped me choose glasses that suited my face and weren’t too big etc. I have to say I would recommend Vision Express Ammanford to anyone in the area that is looking to visit an options.
