Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Brecon

The service given by the staff at Brecon Specsavers is second to none! Donna and her staff are highly professional, but also extremely friendly in their approach to their clients. My contact there was mainly with Charlotte and Rebecca - the former did the testing, the latter pointed me in the direction of a great pair of glasses. It is always a joy to do business there.

Very nice and polite staff. Very friendly. Great at explaining results to you in understanding way. Would highly recommend the staff member that did my eye tests.

Had a great experience at Brecon Specsavers after switching from my previous opticians. Staff are welcoming, friendly and more than happy to assist you in finding the right pair of glasses, you can tell they genuinely care. I mainly dealt with Nicola and Erin and their service was excellent. 5/5 stars.

Brilliant team at Brecon specsavers. All staff so friendly. My daughter was happy with her glasses choice. Always a good experience in the store. Rachel the Optom was brilliant. Leanne for my daughters pre test is fantastic. Shout out to all team members. Kim for my daughters dispense of glasses was also amazing. :)

Nikki the optician who initially tested my eyes was superb. I then subscribed to contact lenses from Brecon store, service was fine for the first few deliveries. When lenses didn't arrive I called to ask where the delivery was and was told I'd left it too late to claim non-delivery. Despite the fact that I had no notification from Spec Savers to expect the delivery that went missing! Donna Like (apparently a senior member of staff) spoke to me on the phone and proceeded to be extremely rude, abrupt and laid blame on me! Not a great brand ambassador for Spec Savers.
As a result I've now ordered my lenses from lensestore.co.uk who can supply lenses in 24 hours and are cheaper than ordering identical lenses through Brecon Spec Savers.
Notably Lenstore.co.uk provide email updates with delivery tracking details for every order, which is lacking from Spec Savers subscription service and the route cause of my complaint as I was not given prior warning of tracking or delivery of the consignment that went missing.
I'll take my business elsewhere. Another example of high street struggling to complete with online sellers on price and service!

Excellent Service and Customer Care. Enjoyed superb help and advice from Hannah and Kimberly who took me patiently and sympathetically through the process of choosing and trying various options so that I could be sure that I was getting the best for me. The new extended premises are also very safe in COVID times and obviously well managed with happy staff who can’t seem to do enough for you. As a result I have recommended them to friends and family who have transferred their custom to Specsavers. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended, a truly friendly professional experience. Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Helpful and very supportive for my first eye test. Put me completely at ease very modern and exceptionally clean environment. Excellent service from start to finish.
