Have been getting my glasses and contact lenses from here for years. Staff are amazing and the attention to detail and dedication that goes into ensuring your eyes are well cared for is second to none.

Absolutely brilliant Opticians, helped me recover from having an incorrect prescription from other opticians and cured my eyes! Professional optician who is one of the most qualified in the area, a calm man under such demanding stressful situations helps you fee comfortable even in an emergency. A flawless optician who is never at fault and with this, the staff and receptionists are brilliant people who are friendly and good with everyone. The best independent opticians in the area. Amazing.

NEVER BUY A PAIR OF GLASSES FROM THIS SHOP WITHOUT GETTING AN ITEMISED RECEIPT.

When I went to the shop to buy a new pair of glasses they insisted that I try varifocals with the offer of an exchange for bifocals if they didn't suit me as they said they were insured for this situation. I couldn't get on with the varifocals so I asked them to exchange them for bifocals which they agreed to do.
When I received the replacement bifocal glasses I found they'd got the prescription completely wrong. Eventually they retested my eyes and produced glasses with the correct prescription BUT, to save money on the replacement pair, they used cheap plastic lenses which were not scratch resistant. (The low quality of the lens has been verified by an independent optician). The result is I now have an expensive pair of frames with cheap lenses which despite careful handling, have become so scratched that they've unwearable after a year of use. I paid a lot of money for good quality scratch resistant lenses but because I didn't insist on an itemised receipt I cannot prove it. When I took the glasses back to complain about the lenses the manager had a very hostile attitude and refused point blank to do anything about them.

Excellent service, friendly staff and the glasses are the best I've ever had.
