We have used them two or three times over the years and they have done an exceptional job cleaning and repairing a number of our rugs.

They came to collect the rugs from our place in Glasgow, cleaned them and made some necessary repairs and returned them back within about two weeks.

In London we have six small rugs and one large Persian carpet which were returned yesterday after some extensive repair following a moth issue we had over the summer. The cleaning is excellent and the repairing is superb. We didn't know it was possible to restore such damaged rugs. In a nutshell Scott and the team took care of everything. They didn't charge a penny until the rugs were returned and they even laid them out and putting sticky underlay under each rug to stop them slipping around. We will definitely use them again and recommend to our friends and family.

This is a good old fashioned trustworthy company where we felt properly looked after from start to finish. Top marks chaps!

A really good first impression from the start with how easy it was for ORRC to pick up the rug at my house. Working full time, they were luckily flexible to arrange a time I am available.
The fringes on the one side of my rug was pretty much non existent where the other side was fine. They were excellent matching the sides up to fix the bad side. Can definitely recommend this family run business!

I live in the wilds of West Cumbria but my rugs were collected without any bother. The rugs were given to me , and had come through the war in an apartment in Vienna . They were stiff with dirt and badly torn,however ,The Oriental Rug Company restored them beautifully . The colours are vibrant and the repairs undetectable . I first spoke with Paul, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and courteous and after we talked about what type of rug we had, how old it was and what we were looking to have done, I set up an appointment to have our rug picked up and professionally cleaned. We just recevied our rug back today and honestly, we couldn't be happier. The rug looks beautiful and it defintely looks the best it has ever looked since we bought it. The entire process from beginning to end has been seamless and we are so impressed with the quality of the work as well as the excellent customer service we received from Paul as well as from the drivers who both picked up and delivered our rug to us. My husband and I just got back from Oriental Rug Repair two oriental carpets which they cleaned. This company has done a superb job for us in every regard. The rugs have come back looking wonderful. Not only have all marks and dirty spots disappeared. The whole rugs look beautiful in texture and colors. All the people we dealt with on the phone were extremely helpful. Amazing! From Grubby to Gorgeous!
We had a rather grubby silk Qum Rug that had come off worse from the vacuum cleaner and our Black Labrador being basically very dirty and the fringes having to a greater or lesser extent been totally destroyed.

We worked with Paul, Head of Restoration, who was able to explain our options and the right thing to do with a silk on silk Qum rug and then developed a restoration plan for us.

They guided its through the process and communicated excellently from start to finish. A truly 1st class professional service.

We just need to find somewhere to put it now as it is a work of art and almost too beautiful to put on the floor again !
