My treatment came to an end today and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Rachel and Rebecca have taken great care of me throughout the years, always have a good laugh with them both. Rachel has been an immense help in perfecting my smile. Can't thank them enough.

the care my son has received from all the staff at Preston has been amazing. Katy was wonderful as our first point of
contact and explained everything to us and was on hand with any queries we had. Once my son started his treatment all the staff on reception were extremely pleasant, professional and welcoming and went above and beyond when arranging appointments around my son’s school timetable. When it came to arranging the moulds and fitting of braces, Rachael was so kind and talked him through the whole process and explained exactly what she was doing at each stage. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Just had my braces off and couldn’t be happier with the result- huge thanks to Rachael for taking care of me right from the beginning, excellent customer service and she always made me feel comfortable despite the initial nerves! Would definitely recommend :)
