I have been coming here since 2013 for my braces, but ever since then I have had several orthodontists, so the process of putting them on to removing them last year August has been a very hectic and stressful one. On many occasions I have had my appointment cancelled without being informed or when I sign myself in, I get told I can't be seen anymore. The receptionist there are very disrespectful and the quality of customer service is appalling. During my previous appointments I alerted the orthodontist that one of my metal rings have come off affecting the side of my teeth and the side of my face, causing excruciating pain but was ignored and once I finished my treatment, I went to see my dentist and was told I have 1 big hole where I thought the issue was resulting into me paying for 3 different fillings and possibly having teeth removed due to the extent of the damage .... The last time I was scheduled for a check up appointment since having my braces removed and now wearing retainers, I was running 2 mins late for my 12.45 appointment due to travelling from Uni via trains and them being delayed or cancelled from London Liverpool Street . So I called the orthodontist number several times not being able to get through, fully aware of the 10min late rule policy. Once I arrived I notice the waiting area was empty and all the receptionist were either laughing or on their phones, so I was confused as to why no phone answered the phone. I quickly signed myself in the time now being 12.50 I sat down waiting expecting to be called immediately then 5 mins went by and I was told that I would not be able to be seen anymore as my assigned orthodontist has now gone on lunch?! I was very confused and alarmed as to why this was the case as I came within my late time slot and their Lunch is not till 1. I asked to see her so I can wait till she finishes as I had travelled a long way from uni and had exams/work due in in various days so I do not have time to come again due to them cancelling one that was suitable for me before. One of the receptionist that is always rude (has a short blonde bob) demanded that I leave the building as they are now closed for Lunch otherwise she will call the police?! I felt very offended and shocked that she even suggested and said such a comment as if I was threatening her and her colleagues. Instead of her to apologise, explain and find a better option for me she was laughing and mocking me saying how it's not her fault and I will have to deal with the consequences. All the staff here are very unprofessional and have no manners or sense of urgency dealing with issues. For this orthodontist to still be open is ridiculous as the running of this business is trash.

Terrible. On average about 3-4 months between appointments, latest appointment now cancelled (orthodontist on holiday) and rescheduled for a further 2 months time meaning my son will go without a checkup for 6 months even though he has brackets missing (the orthodontist is aware of this). Initially I took my son to an orthodontic consultant (private) who said there would be absolutely no need for extractions. At the same time, my son's NHS referral came through for this clinic, where they refused to treat my son without extracting four teeth. The checkups here last five minutes and on two occasions the orthodontist has missed broken brackets. At the end of one appointment, I asked the dentist if he had fixed the bracket. He looked puzzled, rechecked the brace and said, 'sorry the appointment is over' and he would treat it at the next appointment (in four months). At one appointment, we turned up five minutes late (stuck in traffic) and we were told that the appointment was cancelled and I would have to rebook (another few months). I had taken the day off work and my son had taken time off school. The quality of treatment is questionable and I am getting concerned about the end result.

Absolutely trash service, waited months after months after months to remove my braces just to always have my anticipation crushed. Cancelling others appointments without a second thought just outrageous.
Would give 0 stars if possible.

I don't know why this place has poor reviews, as its amazing. The staff are friendly and and curtious the transformation on my daughter's smile is fabulous. We were told that my daughter needed a referral to the hospital to have an operation on her jaw before treatment started. I declined and put the treatment ahead It has been 3 years from start to finish. She has had to have 3 teeth pulled to make room, and now has such an amazing smile. Her teeth are perfect. She has straight set top and bottom, and Mrs Chen managed to do such a great job that my daughter no longer needs the op! Fabulous job.
Cannot thank you enough xxx

My daughter has received an excellent service from here. The orthodontist and therapist have been absolutely amazing and given 100% care and dedication to meet my daughter's requirements. Very patient, caring and professional. A big thank you to Dr Agarwal and the therapist Natalie.
My daughter's teeth look amazing.

Absolutely awful service this is my second time having braces as the first time the service yielded literally no result as my teeth returned to the original state within a year despite wearing retainers, then after almost 3 years of having braces a second time, I was meant to get them off in June of 2018 when the practitioner successfully managed to not add enough glue to the bracket meaning it disconnected from my tooth and as I wasn’t able to make an appointment within 2 weeks due to their apparently incredibly busy schedule the tooth returned to its original state, now meaning that I’ll have braces for the unforeseeable future. Extremely disappointed and cannot wait to be done with this service.

Been wearing braces for around 3 years, took them off and left huge gaps in between my teeth, dentist recommended veneers when I'm 19 years old.
Definitely not recommend!!!
