Making Smiles Amersham

This is the first bad review I have written in my life. I'm afraid the service at Making Smiles Amersham is not very good at all. After a death in the family, we had to reschedule an appointment. Because we had to reschedule, we had to wait 5 weeks for our next appointment. The confirmation email then had a different date than what was agreed on the phone moving it out another 4 weeks. That means my daughters braces has not been tightened for more than 16 weeks. The orthodontist only works 1 day a week and is fully booked. They are taking on too many patients to maximise profit at the expense of the patients. The phone manner of the reception staff is sadly very abrupt and unsympathetic.

“ I have had my daughter braces fitted with Dr Jaisinghani and have nothing but praise for him and all the staff. Throughout the process I always felt well informed and all my queries were addressed. The team were very skilled, professional and always made sure I was comfortable with everything. The results are amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my smile now. I cannot recommend making smiles it enough! “
