Croydon Orthodontic Practice

I am very happy with how straight my daughters teeth are now, after going through the procedures of twin block retainers and braces that Georgina and team have put her through. They have been really supportive and answered all the questions we had throughout these treatments. I am extremely pleased with the huge change to my daughters teeth!

Seriously disappointed in this practice. My treatment started at around 14-15 years old and at the time everyone was super friendly and nice. Ever since my orthodontist Dr Adil Mannan left I’ve been getting bounced around from person to person which is understandable and the team of orthodontists and nurses overall is very lovely but I’ve got a really big problem with all the appointment changes and cancellations going on. My appointment’s been changed with only 3 hours in advance, unfortunately my mum didn’t see that message because we checked the appointment time in the morning and nothing changed so we knew it was supposed to be at 2:30/2:35 and literally as we were about to leave we checked just to really make sure and then we saw the text of ‘appointment rescheduled for 12:35.’ I’ve been wearing my braces for 3 years now and you don’t understand the disappointment I felt when they told me the next available appointment time will be on the 27th June … todays date is the 26th of May… absolutely heartbreaking for me… another summer with braces on gone by… I have no hope that they’ll be removing them next time honestly…. Just waiting for them to say ‘appointment rescheduled’ again. So incredibly disappointed with the practice. Whenever we were 3-5 mins late because of traffic or car accidents or our issues, my appointment has been cancelled completely. This is really unfair and to the Croydon orthodontics team , I just want to say if you’re going to reschedule appointments at least give 24 hours notice and if not then at least call your patients. I was at work aswell so I couldn’t exactly just up and leave in order to get my appointment done, especially when I’d already rescheduled my shift in advance to be able to attend my braces removal appointment. Really heartbroken right now. 2 more months of this pain to go through now because of the 3 hour notice… so disappointing, and just really unfair. I wouldn’t really recommend this practice, unless you’re extremely flexible to attend the appointment whenever they change it, even if they change it 2-3 times before they see you. Super heartbroken about this :(

This orthodontist practice has horrible organisation in many aspects. Been waiting for my appointment since 2 years ago for my daughter’s first appointment but they keep rescheduling it! It is very inconvenient because my daughter was supposed to get her braces way sooner. Not recommended

My daughter had her braces fitted at Croydon Orthodontics by Dr Cartwright. The nurses where delightful and very helpful.
The way the treatment plan was explained and the care they had for my daughter was outstanding. Her teeth are now amazing, and the after care with retainers has been exceptional.
I would recommend this practice to anyone of my friends or family.
