Fantastic Orthodontist was amazing with all of my children they've all got Beautiful Teeth now

Terrible orthodontist. Braces come off every couple of weeks, which my son was told was all his fault! They are rude and arrogant and totally uncaring. I overheard receptionists saying they would reschedule an NHS patient, but not a private one! I urge you to try anywhere else but Flanagan.

Always running late, must be in the waiting room for about an hour each time. one orthodontist was talking badly about her other colleagues to her assistant throughout my appointment, my brace process should of taken maximum 2 years and it’s almost 3 years becAuse they cancel my appointments and messed around! Wish I went somewhere else

Arogant and never seemed to care. Always sent me home saying I needed to wait till I was older. Had my actual dentist refer me to the hospital where I now need braces before surgery on my jaw.

They try to do their best even though there are a lot of people. If they make it bigger than that would be better.

Went privately, they took £100 for consultation fee then never got back to me and kept ignoring my emails. Stay clear!

We have received excellent care for our daughter

Throughout my treatment they where quite rough with the braces which I did not mind however when I received my retainers they broke due to my canines rupturing further. Unfortunately they refused to acknowledge that it was not my fault even after having 2 appointments to discuss the problem. During which, they where interruptive, rude and incredibly oblivious to what I had to say, insisting that I pay to get new ones.

If your looking for somewhere to get your teeth done I would strongly avoid going here.
