I 100% recommend Braces and Faces. I have been with the practice since before Salima took over and I must say the set up there is professional and efficient. I have recently undergone Invisalign treatment and have now nearly completed my plan, with Salima being my orthodontist throughout. Invisalign must I say is such an easy thing to undergo. I was really nervous about it but I shouldn’t have been as I’ve never looked back. The communication you can have throughout via the app is really reassuring and I have always had 2-3 monthly in-clinic reviews to ensure things are to plan.
Any questions I’ve had, have been answered quickly.
The team are fab and as with a lot of businesses, have dealt and managed through the C-19 crisis well doing as much as possible to keep all their patients happy.
My family also visit the practice and are always very pleased with the service.

Not very happy with the professionalism of the some of the practice staff, on 3 occasions Im told my phone reception is bad when i have 5 bars showing on my phone, Im then cut off with no courtesy call back, not easy to accommodate for appointments when practitioner is on holiday adding delay to my private treatment which should be timed well by the practice, when you pay a lot of money for treatment I expect to receive a high level of service. I am now waiting 6 weeks before i receive my second refinement of Invisalign

So happy I chose to have my orthodontic treatment at this practice!! Could not be any happier with the service I have received from the very start of my treatment. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming.

Thanks to Braces & Faces the results of my orthodontic work have been incredible and had a massive positive impact on my confidence. I am very happy with my Invisalign treatment and after 2 years I can smile confidently again. Salima and her team are very professional but personable too and made me feel relaxed during all my treatment. I am someone who fears the dentist, but no fear at all under Salima's and Chantelle's care. If your thinking of undergoing teeth straightening/Invisalign, I wouldn't hesitate to book in with theses ladies they will look after you every step of the way. They also straightened my childrens' teeth very successfully. Thank you ladies, I am delighted with the outcome.

Ricky and Shelbey have done a great job on my teeth so far. I went in for treatment on a damaged filling which they sorted quickly. Ricky found another problem which I hadn't really noticed and put that right too. I'm really pleased with the finished look of my two front teeth. Sophie on reception was true to her word on notifying me of a cancellation to get me in quicker.
