Chadwell Heath Orthodontic Practice

This orthodontic practise is very good. The practitioners are very good at the job and staff very friendly. Only issue is the vast number of patients often leaving on having to wait a good deal on minutes past your designated appointment time.

What can I say .fantastic friendly dental practitioners ..lovely woman on the telephone to take your calls .very happy with this orthodontist practice .would recommend.

Quick question how can I book braces I’ve been waiting for almost 2years still trying to solve gaps between my teeth by any help?

Very very bad service. No respect for patients, disrespecting patients to proof themselves right.

I wish i never started my daughters trearment there.
They took 4 theeths out and its been11 months no braces fixed at bottem, and waiting for another appointment vvv bad and discusting service.

I went along with my son for a consultation regarding braces. After filling out some forms he was called in on time. The orthodontist was very professional and friendly, he answered all questions and gave good recommendations based on his professional opinion. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My son was not recommended to have the braces as his teeth had moved since he was referred so the issues had sorted themselves. Over all great customer service from the reception and clinical team, would return in future for any orthodontic services for myself or the family.

Please try avoid this practice unless no other options, treatment times are longer they make appointments but keep on rescheduling, they don't have enough experienced Orthodontics therefore if one of them not available you could be waiting for weeks maybe months.

We love this Ortho practice, Sarah is especially very informative and always guiding us to take good care of the braces.
