The experience from the beginning with this practice was a disaster.My daughter and I have been going back and forth for the past 3 years now. I’ve been lied to, with the clinic saying they’ve sent paper work when they haven’t, it has gotten to the point where I have had to collect and deliver paper work between the orthodontist and my daughters dentist. This has been going on for several months now. I was devastated and my daughter would cry because there was no progression in her treatment. During this time she was with 2 different orthodontist which gave me and her little to no guidance with her treatment and when had lost all hope and were ready to transfer to a different clinic, Dr Mohit Mittal came and sat us down and gave us the consultation we’ve needed from the start of our time in this practice, he was very professional with his work and gave us the plan we should have gotten in the first few appointments we had with the clinic. He has really put a smile on my daughters face and given me hope in finally sorting us out and giving us the information we needed, as we finish our journey with this orthodontist, we’d just like to thank Dr Mohit Mittal with his guidance and we wish him the best in this clinic.

Absolute complete and utter waste of time. My daughter was referred here for her brace and they’ve been an absolute disaster. Was told she needed 4 teeth taking out and it turns out she doesn’t ! We’ve unfortunately had to pay to go private as this place has let my daughter down so badly and we cannot wait any longer to get her brace fitted.. Avoid like the plague ! It should be closed down!

Initially wasn't impressed with the prolonged processes, lack of communication and back and forth between dentist and orthodontist to get my daughter's braces fitted. There have been recent changes
amongst their lead practitioners and my experience is vastly improved. They are proactively and effectively communicating with me and the dentist and are moving things along much quicker. From recent interactions I'm much happier with the treatment my daughter is receiving.

This practice has had some difficulties over the past 2 years dealing with COVID and had lost an orthodontic specialist.
During the past few months they have a new orthodontic specialist; and 2 amazing Orthodontic Therapists Eve & Mel
They now have a new private dentist who fits the latest Damon Braces (which require no extractions) Invisalign is offered at this practice with teeth whitening at the end of treatment; if requested.
The team are brilliant, caring and professional.

Had my braces fitted here a few months ago, the team were very professional and friendly! Would defo recommend!!

We had an appointment at 6.15pm. Rang to let them know i would be 2 or 3 mins late as i was latterly around the corner and i have been told that my appointment should be rescheduled. Luckily i got there exactly at 6.15 and had to wait at least another 15mins to be seen by orthodontist. She sid not realised that i travelled 4 miles away to attent appointment in nightmare traffic. Not helpful

My daughters having pain and problems with her teeth moving whilst she is wearing her retainer, 4 years after receiving treatment. She went for a consultation to try and fix the problem, but the two members of staff were very rude towards her. Customer service at this practice is shocking.I have told her to go elsewhere.

My son was referred here for baraces to be fitted. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Everything was explained fully so he now knows what to expect from the start of his treatment to the end results. One very happy mum
