Awful. Strange when you come to continue treatments from different clinic as changed living address. And after two second looking been asked whats your expectations from us??? Said to continue treatment for straightening joe bait. Then Get replay that it all looks good and they can take braces out. But if we want to follow his way treatment. He would remove all current braces and replace with there’s. And treatment would take probably another year. Weird to listen when get advise that its all looks good, but if he would continue his way it still need a year treatment with theres braces. Seems can’t make his mind. And when you look at his teeth, seems he might have no clue about his job. Didn’t want to be rude, but just makes you lough when same gay sais two different things to his own opinion.

I am absolutely appalled that you just charged my son £100 for doing something that was unnecessary
Had I been with him I can tell you for nothing you wouldn’t have been paid obviously he was to polite to tell you
In these difficult times you took advantage of a young man that has been unable to work since March and robbed him blind

Really disappointed by the overall level of service and I haven’t yet had any treatment.
I enquired online about teeth straightening treatment and didn’t hear back after completing the online assessment. Eventually i made a call myself after couple of weeks to check for progress - a friendly lady advised I should receive a call from Selby branch soon after taking my details.
Another week goes by and I finally got another online consultation booked to explore my options and to get the cost of treatment. Unfortunately I had to amend the appointment. I tried to call Selby office after 2 pm to be greeted by the voicemail explaining that they are at lunch until 2pm … clearly it was a longer lunch on that day.
I then tried again and cancelled the appointment but the advisor wasn’t interested in offering an alternative time. The only advice she was willing to give was that the person in charge of online consultations only works on odd days.
The lack of any consistency and professional approach I received so far has totally put me off.

Had wisdom tooth removed, quick painless procedure, about 10 minutes, all staff friendly and efficient. Nice clean premise. Good post procedure information leaflet supplied. Well pleased.

Had wisdom tooth removal today. Needless to say how worried I was but receptionist made me fill very welcomed, from moment I entered the clinic it's become clear that I was wasting my nerves))))). All procedure lasted few seconds leaving me astonished how professional Dr Jay Patel was. I received full information and instructions of managing after. Super.

I was referred to trinity house orthodontists as 2 previous dentist couldnt remove my tooth. Dr Jay Patel made me feel very comfortable, his assistant was great too. He explained the procedure to me then began to remove the tooth and it was over in a matter of minutes. Would highly recommend this place.

Very poor patient care , no understanding of autistic children and how to deal with them .2 years wasted and now we have to prepare our child all over again to get treatment elsewhere .
