Portman Smile Clinic - Camberley

Been to this after NHS dentist referral for my daughter to the Orthodontist. Although we needed to switch to private we were offered 24 months interest free payment. Staff are friendly and efficient, appointments are always on time and the practice is very clean and modern. Well done Smile Clinic.

Must admit I'm not a fan of the dentist having had a bad experience a few years ago. Came across Portman Smile Clinic who were amazing! I had my teeth whitened and now they are talk of the town as they look absolutely fabulous. Would highly recommend! Thanks to practice manager Steven for your top class advice!

Delighted with Portman Clinic. My Daughters teeth look amazing now & the staff were so lovely & gentle every time.

The management treated me so badly and had no respect. Nidhi decided to move to Dorking from Camberley and she expected me to travel an hour by train for each appointment. She kept trying to rush the process and get my braces off early so she could be done with me. When I finally had enough and we complained so she had to come to Camberley and she had so much attitude and complained about the traffic on the M25... seriously how do you think I felt when I had to spend hours on a train and hundreds of hours working a low pay job to pay for the braces. Paying £3600 and that's how I am treated. I wish I stood up for myself more, I was a teenager at the time and she could took advantage of me. I should have been given a new orthodontist when she moved to Dorking.

Registered last summer for general dentistry. Paid for a check up and was asked to have new x-rays because I was a new patient. I’ve called 6 months later and been told they don’t offer general dentistry any more. I’m not sure they were ever going to contact me to tell me. Patient care isn’t good.
I’m now seeking reimbursement for the unnecessary x-rays, which I wouldn’t have agreed to if they were never going to see me again.

The staff are lovely, but we've had so many appointments cancelled for a host of very repetitive and therefore now rather suspect reasons. It's hugely frustrating...
When you actually see the team they are nice and helpful.
I'm not sure if they are having issues getting and retaining staff but the situation does need to be addressed. If we could move elsewhere I think we'd be keen to do so.

We visited Portman Smile Clinic with our son as he had teeth alignment issues and needed braces.
Everyone at the clinic were fantastic and talked us through the whole process.
Our son has just had his braces removed and we are absolutely delighted. His teeth look beautiful and perfect and we are so grateful to everyone at Portman Smile Clinic. No words could describe how happy we are but want to say thank you very very much to the team.

Not impressed. I was told my daughter didn’t qualify for NHS treatment even though she had been referred by my dentist.
Have since seen a different orthodontist who has agreed she does qualify and we are now getting treatment.
Overall I was made to feel like I had wasted their time and they dismissed me rudely.
