I booked online for my very first appointment with Dinos for stiffness of the neck and secondary nerve pain. Booking online was easy and parking outside the venue was readily available.
Dinos was friendly and informative of my problem along the way. After just that first session the nerve pain disappeared completely by the evening and I was able to relax so much more..continued sessions still taking place and getting even better :) Thank you Dinos! Absolute star.

I had a sports massage from Ryan Whitehead. He was incredibly professional and could answer all the questions I threw his way. The sports massage was great and he even finished with taping my leg. I highly recommend if you are doing lots of exercise or training for anything in particular (I am training for the marathon). So Ryan made sure that my treatment focused on all areas required to be in good condition for the day. Thank you Ryan!

I have been going to see dinos for a long time now and he has massively helped me with a range of things from golfers elbow, neck problems and most recently muscle spasms in my lower back. Always a great service and a means I can get back to my sport more quickly and perform better. Very grateful!

I see Dinos for my back, pretty regularly. He is very welcoming and professional, has helped me with my recovery so much! I wouldn’t be able to move as freely if I didn’t have regular sessions with him. Would recommend if you have back/spine issues or bad posture

Dinos & Ben are the best practitioners I have come across, with a really friendly atmosphere from booking through to attending a treatment. I’ve been seeing Dinos from the practice for around 4 years now, he’s an expert in his field, and his passion for his work shows. I’m so thankful to this amazing place it’s been my safe place my absolute need of help and the nicest staff ever…… I suffered with horrific neck pain I started seeing Dino I was so shocked that he knew I suffered with dizziness due to my neck he has helped relieve all my neck issues keep me balanced and I’ve now started to trust Dino in clicking my neck you have to be super relaxed to which he makes me feel and I’ve had anxiety about anyone doing it but I 100 percent put my trust in him as I know he knows exactly what he is doing…. Honestly a game changer

Hi, I was looking for an osteopath in Chigwell and found Dinos at Ben Cohen Osteopathy. I have been receiving treatment for back pain and neck pain, which I have been experiencing for a long time. The treatment has been great and very effective. I definitely feel a lot better and couldn't recommend these guys enough.
