Emily, at the Whiteley Village store, was absolutely brilliant over the phone, checking stock levels and putting items by. Great to meet her when I arrived at the store. Son really pleased with his new jacket and trousers. Ending buying some for myself to. Would definitely return when I next need something. Maybe sooner rather than later as my wife jealous of our new purchases. Many thanks to everyone involved today.

Popped in to check out walking shoes and boots for next summer and anything else that would appeal. Unfortunately nothing caught my eye today. The display of walking boots didn't really appeal to me.
Brilliant 'Outdoors' clothing shop otherwise.

Visited because the wife wanted a Gillet from there as it was on offer at a good price. Shop seemed well laid out with plenty of different outdoor clothing to look through.

I'm not a big fan of mountain wear house. I have only bought something from here once and I had to return it . There are lots to chose from but if you need something that is probably waterproof then you need to spend your money somewhere else.

Happy they had a sale on and was able to pick up some decent clobber for a growing teenager reduced. God knows on a month or so he'll have grown again 😫 and we'll be back 🤣

This mountain warehouse had such good staff, i did purchase a camping cooker that was unfortunately broken, which the staff didn't know about, took it back next day for a full refund, the staff were excellent and helpful, i will be going back in the future as mountain warehouse do have a lot to offer the outdoor minded.

Nice modern shop, they have most of the stuff you would want in stock. If you're looking for something a bit more specialist you should probably go to one of their bigger shops.
