Trespass Woking

When Kids ( staff ) find an over 40s years old person exchanging a faulty product funny enough, to stay right in front of you making fun, giggles heard and wispers. While other member of staff is serving the cust. I would say : " rude / unprofessional / and very immature...
Felt sorry for the guy serving as he tried hes best to cover up for the other two silly kids .. pity o didnt check their names. We happen to buy another two items trespass on that same day to find one faulty product later on and again. I mean!!!!!
What irritated me was that if iam getting a jacket that will leave my car seat and inside clothes full of feathers; not one or two but hundreds of small feathers . How did this product pass quality test ?

Went in looking for ski salopettes this evening - the staff were really helpful including advising me on the best fit !! (I needed an XL not the L)

I came into your store 2 wks ago to purchase a coat. The Tills however were not loading so I was hoping to go back later to get the item. Unfortunately I didn't have time so fast forward 2 wks later, I went in again to get the coat only to find the winter ones had all been put away. A very helpful lady by the name of Zsofia went out back to look for the coat I described. Amazing service and I cannot thank her enough for finding it for me. Thanks so much. 👍😊

Poor experience when looking to spend money on boots costing over £200 semt from a Nevis store in Fort William.
Lack of what appears to be staff on the shop floor and no interest in assisting.
Purchased the boots elsewhere.

Very small but great service.

He quickly found the concealed item i was looking for. Really impressed with his stock knowledge and helpfulness. Thank you

Great range of coats and priced to suit all budgets. If I hadn't been a superdry lag I would have probably brought a Trespass or R.E.D coat

Great sale prices but stock low and sale ending soon. Lots of bargains to have
