Decent prices and very helpful and pleasant staff. Never a problem shopping here. Premises a little small to hold a wide stock range but you will likely find something to suit. The slightly quirky decor and old fashioned styling is oddly attractive amongst the homogeneity of the Colchester shopping experience. Shop here and keep the High Street alive!

Bought a bike which was faulty, and the only way to fix it was to return bike, at my own expense and they would determine if it was faulty. No other options or help available apparently. Very unhelpful customer service with a “fix it yourself attitude”. Buy from anywhere else.

Pleased they are still on the High Street having lost some big show in Colchester. For active gear I find they have most things I need and price ok. Helpful staff too.

Love the range of products especially when they have sale things in my size.

Excellent Location, very pleasant and patient staff, good variety, willing to go extra mile to get stuff organized in case size or color is un-available...

Colchester is now very low on outdoors shops as all otgers are closed or moving. But we still have a Millets for a fair range if outdoor goods.
