Went back in again today to get advice on footwear, socks and light weight raincoat. Pleased to get 15% discount for National Trust membership - even more pleased when I checked that price could not be bettered from other retailers online.

Staff were very helpful and non intrusive whilst I mooched around the store. Offered to search online for other items that might fit my needs better.

Tidy store with a good range of stock. Great to grab a few last minute camping bits and get some advice. Prices are competitive.

Limited range of clothes, was looking for ladies walking trousers that were cotton with plenty of zipped security pockets not the new stretchy fabric and overtrousers, they had none suitable.
