It was quite busy, (day after boxing day) but the staff were really on the ball. Very helpful, friendly and we're keeping the store today at the same time. Great to see good customer service and an all-round clean and friendly shop in such a busy period.

Excellent customer service with detailed information about hiking socks, as well as helpful recommendations on how to get the best value deals for my money. The socks stood up to my hike, I didn't get any blisters and I came away from my holiday refreshed and tanned!

Excellent shop for decent outdoor gear. Bought walking shoes and waterproofs recently. Helpful staff who would check their online stock for availability and give you an honest answer. Store layout towards the back is a bit cramped
