Not a happy customer...
I would like to say I am very disappointed with the level of service received today in your Bury St Edmunds store today.... On entering the store there was a very strong smell of Body odour which is possible could have come from a previous customer however it transpired was from the sales assistant that served us. However this is not the main issue, when going to the counter to pay for the item we wanted the sales assistants had no greeting for us and failed to engage in any way. He took the item, scanned it just looked at my wife with the card in her hand and pointed to the card machine. He then took the tag off of the garment and just left it screwed up on his side of the counter! He did not at any point attempt to fold the item or present it to our side of the counter or offer us a bag....!
He just put the receipt on the counte and with not so muck as a thank you he just walked to the other end of the counter and continued fiddling with coat hangers.
I'm not the sort of shopper that wants a sales assistant to be all over me but to expect a level of common courtesy I don't think is a unreliable.

Handy little store but wud prefer a larger store so can hav more variety has I hate ordering clothes online then messing around with sending back and reordering...same with most ships that have a mens section nowadays

Expensive even when supposed sales are on.. How this place is still going is beyond comprehension. Cheaper to go on ebay as same items are on there for less money.

The store is very cramped, hardly a space to move between the aisles. Checkout is very slow. Not a nice shopping experience.

Spent over £300 over charged £30 on one item and didn't find out until I got home. Tried chat but was useless with zero empathy. Sent emails with proof of their error.. Told to wait 24hrs. 36hrs later no response. Utterly disgusting lack of follow up.

Oh got a good jacket for a massive BF discount, that will do me nicely for a few years ;) also MINE got one a bit more expensive 😤 but she's happy with it, that's what matters.

Well stocked and good prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.
