I went here looking for a waterproof and windproof jacket to replace one I've had for years.

I'd already tried Mountain Warehouse, but nothing there appealed.

While I was browsing around one of the ladies working there offered to assist.

She showed me some new stock and also the discounted items available, which was very helpful.

In the end I found a suitable jacket I liked for a very reasonable £34.99. Not quite as good as my original, but with the more modern materials probably better performing.

I've previously bought two pairs of walking trainers from Trespass too. They were both discounted and are giving very good service.

I'm really glad I found this brand. They're so much better than what I'd found before, and better value too.

Had the best in store customer service from Ray (I believe).

My partner and I entered the store looking for ski wear. We had never gone before and knew little about what we needed.

Ray gave us such great information and really made our shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

We would definitely return.

I am a regular customer and absolutely love this store! My family and I have been kitted out for School trips, DoE's, camping and festivals...you name it! It's a one stop shop all year round.
The customer service is excellent! There is one girl that has been there for years who serves my family and I and is super friendly and helpful. If she doesn't have something then she'll order it or tell us where to look. She is amazing!
It will be a shame to see if this store does close in August...

Went all the way to the store today (in a taxi) to get something i wanted rather than order it online so could have it straight away, store was supposed to close at 6pm, turned up at 5.45pm and it was shut. Will never use again.
